Terms of Service

Effective August 14, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Bueno Concepts LLC (“Prompta,” “we,” “us”) covering your use of the Prompta teleprompter app and website. By using Prompta, you agree to them.

The service

Prompta is a teleprompter that scrolls your script as you speak, with themes and display controls. Voice tracking relies on your device’s speech recognition and will not be perfectly accurate in every environment; it is provided as a reading aid.

Your account

You sign in with your email and a one-time code. You are responsible for the email account you use and for activity under your account. Let us know promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Subscriptions, free trial, and billing

• Prompta Pro is offered at $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year.
• Paid plans begin with a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically begins and your payment method is charged.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each period until canceled. You can cancel anytime from Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change with notice for future billing periods.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. If you think you were charged in error, contact us and we’ll try to make it right.

Your content

The scripts you write are yours. You keep all rights to them. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync your scripts so the service can work for you. You are responsible for the content of your scripts and for having the right to use it.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Prompta to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the service or its infrastructure (including its email or billing systems).

Our intellectual property

The Prompta app, name, logo, themes, and design are owned by Bueno Concepts LLC. These terms don’t give you the right to copy or resell them.

Disclaimers

Prompta is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee that voice tracking will be error-free, or that the service will always be available or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bueno Concepts LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Prompta and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the service.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll change the date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Bueno Concepts LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
